PUTRAJAYA, April 17 (Bernama) -- The government is encouraging both domestic and non-domestic consumers to subscribe to the Solar Accelerated Transition Action Programme (Solar ATAP) to enhance energy self-sufficiency and mitigate the impact of electricity price volatility amid the global energy crisis.
