Chhattisgarh power plant blast: Death toll rises to 21; Congress demands culpable homicide charge

The death toll from the April 14 blast at Vedanta's power plant in Sakti district, Chhattisgarh, has reached 21. A worker died from injuries on Thursday night. The explosion occurred in a steam tube. Fourteen individuals remain hospitalized, with five in critical condition. Police have registered an FIR naming Vedanta Group chairman Anil Agarwal and plant head Devendra Patel.
