Popular music producer Jahvel ‘Jhavy Ambassador’ Morrison, who has been detained in connection with Sunday’s shooting at the Big Wall party, is to be either charged or released by 6 p.m. today by the police. The order was made by Parish Judge Alicia McIntosh in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court following a habeas corpus application filed by attorneys Sayeed Bernard and Richard Lynch, who are representing Morrison alongside King’s Counsel Peter Champagnie. Bernard said his client is to face a question-and-answer session today.
