LAHORE: The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has achieved record revenue collection to the tune of Rs250 billion during the first nine months (three quarters) of the current fiscal year 2025–26. During the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year 2024–25, the PRA had collected Rs181 billion. According to the PRA, in comparison, over Rs250 billion has been collected in the first nine months of the ongoing fiscal year, reflecting a significant increase of Rs70 billion. The PRA recorded a 33 percent growth rate in March of the current fiscal year compared as compared to March last year. The Authority collected over Rs30 billion in March 2025–26, as against Rs22.4 billion collected in March of the previous fiscal year. Copyright Business Recorder, 2026
