Lexi Fernandez, daughter of Maritoni Fernandez, was seen in several GMA series that aired in the early 2000s. She was best known for her role as Leslie Fernan in the 2010 hit youth-oriented show Reel Love Presents: Tween Hearts , which was top-billed by a number of then-young stars Barbie Forteza, Joshua Dionisio, Bea Binene, Jake Vargas, and Derrick Monasterio.
