ILOILO CITY — Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon inspected the long-delayed construction of the Aganan Flyover in Pavia, Iloilo province. During his visit on Wednesday, April 15, Dizon stressed the urgency of completing the project, noting that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. directed the DPWH to fast-track construction works. The target is to open the flyover’s southbound lane to motorists before the end of the year.
