CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Global human rights watchdog Amnesty International (AI) is set to launch “The State of the World’s Human Rights 2025/26” report in Manila on Tuesday, April 21. The report analyzes trends across 144 countries. During the global launch, Amnesty International Philippines (AI-PH) Section Director Ritz Lee Santos III will discuss “the predatory attacks on multilateralism, international law, and civil society that marked the past months,” said the group’s media manager, Mei Palma.
