Hyundai Elevator has become the world’s first company to commercialize a modular elevator method, installing elevators in a high-rise residential building and launching its proprietary brand, ENOBLOC. The company said Sunday it successfully completed on-site verification and quality control testing for ENOBLOC at an apartment complex in Songdo, Incheon. The installation covers a 27-story residential building, making it the first commercial use of a modular elevator system for high-rise apartments above 20 floors.
