CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela — Extreme heat indices reaching 40 to 41 degrees Celsius in Isabela and Cagayan have driven residents and tourists to seek relief in cool destinations, including the Abuan River Adventure and EcoPark in Villa Imelda village, located at the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range.
