PNP probes into collision of its Libreng Sakay bus and another bus in Edsa

MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine National Police (PNP) ordered an impartial investigation of a collision along Edsa involving a police-marked vehicle and a public utility bus on April 17. Video of this incident along Main Avenue near Cubao in Quezon City became viral. The investigation was launched following concerns about possible breaches of standard operating procedures and accountability of the personnel involved. PNP chief Gen.
