MANILA, Philippines – Former Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) national president Atty. Domingo “Egon” Cayosa on Sunday said Vice President Sara Z. Duterte should attend the impeachment hearings and testify under oath, just like her alleged bagman, Ramil L. Madriaga.
