MANILA, Philippines – The Land Transportation Office (LTO) stated that all motor vehicles registered under the name of Vice President Sara Duterte’s alleged bagman, Ramil Madriaga, appear in its records, including those he said were acquired using funds reportedly provided by former President Rodrigo Duterte.
