LUCENA CITY — A seven-year-old boy drowned in a river at a campsite in Antipolo City, Rizal, during a family camping trip on Sunday, police said. In a report on Monday, the Police Regional Office 4A identified the victim only as “Vin,” a Grade 2 pupil, who was staying at a campsite in Barangay San Jose with his family for a weekend outing.
