Zaldy Co arrest: PNP says up to DFA to release details

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) defers to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to release details on the arrest of former House of Representatives appropriations chairperson Zaldy Co in the Czech Republic.
