MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) said that it will be transparent in processing former House of Representatives appropriations chairperson and resigned Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Zaldy Co upon his possible return to the Philippines. PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen.
