Our arrested correspondent İsmail Arı wrote from prison: Reporting that "a student hall was being built on a site subject to a Conservation Board decision" was cited as one of the grounds for my arrest. I ask: Was there no Conservation Board decision regarding this site? Of course there was; the documents are there for all to see. So why am I in prison?
