Spring Tea Harvest Ceremony Held North of Iran

LAHIJAN (Tasnim) – A ceremony marking the first harvest of fresh spring tea leaves was held in villages of Lahijan in northern Iran, coinciding with the 97th anniversary of the passing of Kashef al-Saltaneh –a politician and diplomat who is best known for introducing tea cultivation to Iran.
