HEAT INDEX ALERT: Cavite expected to reach ‘danger’ level Tuesday

MANILA, Philippines — The highest heat index nationwide may reach 43°C in Sangley Point, Cavite, placing it under the “danger” category, while Metro Manila is expected to remain under the “extreme caution” level with temperatures ranging from 38°C to 39°C, according to the state weather bureau.
