PRC finally reveals Top 1 for March 2026 PLE

CEBU CITY, Philippines — Days after having a “name withheld” for the Top 1 spot in the March 2026 Physicians Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially named its top passer. Erwin Ken Angcua Parchaso of Lyceum Northwestern University — Dagupan City was revealed to be the Top 1 of the PLE, as announced by the PRC in a Facebook post dated April 10.
