MANILA, Philippines — Methanol worth P8.9 million was discovered in a tanker traced by the authorities to a lot in a residential area in Caloocan City, leading to the arrest of six workers, the Philippine National Police Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) said Tuesday.
