Lacson: DOE price adjustments better than giving oil companies control

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Energy’s (DOE) price adjustment is preferable than allowing private oil firms control, Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson said on Tuesday.
