MANILA, Philippines — A high-level team is being formed to negotiate Zaldy Co’s return to the country from the Czech Republic, Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida said, confirming that the former congressman is indeed in the custody of Czech authorities. During a press conference on Monday, Vida said arrangements are already being made for a face-to-face meeting with Czech authorities to “flesh out” the legal requirements for the former lawmaker’s deportation.
