Romualdez’ lawyer says ex-Speaker not barred from leaving PH

MANILA, Philippines — Former House of Representatives Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez is not barred from leaving the country as only an immigration lookout bulletin order has been issued against him, his lawyer said on Tuesday. In a statement on Tuesday, lawyer Ade Fajardo said that Romualdez is not prohibited to travel as what he simply has to do is to coordinate with proper authorities.
