From oil to all-prices hike: Youth organizations protest with drivers

CEBU CITY, Philippines—Youth organizations and student councils joined a protest and marched from Fuente Osmeña Circle to P. Del Rosario Street and on to Colon Street in a show of solidarity with drivers who are struggling to sustain their livelihoods, as rising oil prices ripple through basic commodities as well.
