MANILA, Philippines–Phoenix put an end to Rain or Shine’s unbeaten run in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup after coming through with an 87-83 victory on Tuesday at Ninoy Aquino Stadium. The Fuel Masters drew a big performance from Tyler Tio in the fourth quarter while the rest of the crew shackled the Elasto Painters through their defense to produce a big result at this point of the eliminations.
