Baby found in back of vehicle in Toronto's east end dies in hospital: police

Toronto police say a baby found without vital signs in the back of a vehicle in the city's east end on Monday has died in hospital. Police say they responded to a call in the area of Jones Avenue and Queen Street just before 5 p.m.
