The Atal Pension Yojana has reached a milestone of 9 crore subscribers. Financial year 2025-26 saw the highest ever enrolments with over 1.35 crore new members. This government scheme provides a guaranteed monthly pension of up to Rs 5,000 after age 60. It also offers benefits to the spouse and returns the corpus to the nominee.
