"UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met his Kenyan counterpart William Samoei Ruto in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday, with both sides focusing on expanding economic cooperation. Footage shows Ruto arriving at the venue and being welcomed by Sheikh Mohammed before the two leaders held talks alongside senior officials. According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), discussions focused on strengthening bilateral ties and expanding cooperation in key sectors including investment, renewable energy, technology and infrastructure. The talks were held within the framework of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the two countries, which both sides said remains central to deepening economic ties. WAM reported that the leaders reaffirmed their commitment to advancing the agreement’s objectives and building on current momentum to create new opportunities for development and growth."
