Evan Vucci / REUTERS Americans’ disapproval of Congress under President Donald Trump matches a record high, new polling shows. A Gallup poll conducted April 1 through 15 and released on Wednesday found that 86 percent of U.S. adults disapproved of Congress, tying the highest level recorded in more than 50 years of tracking.
