BOC Cebu surpasses Q1 goals, earns praise for operational efficiency

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – The Bureau of Customs (BOC) Port of Cebu opened 2026 on a strong note, surpassing its revenue target for the first quarter of the year. In a report, BOC Cebu said it collected P12.357 billion, exceeding its target of P11.970 billion by P387.185 million, or 3.23 percent. This also reflects a 1.53 percent increase, equivalent to P186.29 million, compared to collections in the same period last year.
