HEAT INDEX ALERT: 3 areas to reach 41°C on Thursday -- Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines  — Three areas are forecast to register the highest record of heat index at 41°C on Thursday, the state weather bureau said.  In its latest heat index bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that these areas will hit 41°C hit index: Cotabato City, Maguindanao; Tuguegarao City, Cagayan; and Aparri, Cagayan.
