CEBU CITY, Philippines — Retakers of licensure examinations can now break into the Top 10, after the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) lifted a long-standing rule that barred repeat examinees from topnotcher recognition. The policy shift, outlined in Professional Regulation Commission Resolution No. 1814, series of 2024, allows repeaters who retake the complete licensure examination to be included in the list of top-ranking examinees.
