Marcos Jr. has declared several special non-working days in parts of Laguna, Quezon, Batangas, and Misamis Oriental to allow residents to celebrate local festivals and anniversaries. Proclamation 1219 sets April 30 as a special non-working day in the municipality of San Francisco, Quezon, for its founding anniversary.
