MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Office of Solicitor General (OSG) have finalized 345 expropriation cases to expedite land acquisitions for the North South Commuter Railway project (NSCR) and the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP).
