CEBU CITY, Philippines – Two Cebu graduates made it to the topnotchers’ list of the April 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination. Denver Miles Arcelo of the University of the Visayas – Main Campus ranked 4th with a 94.10% rating. Meanwhile, Jarein Mae Cirunay of Southwestern University PHINMA placed 6th with a 93.30% rating.
