CEBU CITY — The Maritime Industry Authority (Marina) has introduced additional relief measures for domestic shipping lines as fuel prices remain volatile due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Regulators recently implemented fee cuts, payment moratoriums, and a planned government-backed service contracting program, Marina administrator Sonia Malaluan confirmed.
