Man nabbed in CDO for selling ‘kidney cleanser’ not registered with FDA

MANILA, Philippines — A man was arrested in Cagayan de Oro City for allegedly selling a supposed “kidney cleanser” food supplement that was not registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Anti-Cybercrime Group (ACG) said on Thursday. The suspect, identified only by the alias “Carl,” was entrapped along Julio Pacana Street last April 10 after operatives tracked him on an online selling platform, ACG Director Brig. Gen.
