MANILA, Philippines — Several boxes were allegedly brought for former Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, and ex-Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) chief Manuel Bonoan, a witness told the Sandiganbayan on Thursday.
