CEBU CITY, Philippines — A Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) personnel was among five individuals arrested during a buy-bust operation that led to the dismantling of a drug den in Barangay Mambaling, Cebu City, on Wednesday afternoon, April 22. The operation was carried out at around 12:40 p.m. in Sitio Puntod by units from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Central Visayas (PDEA-7), Mambaling Police Station, and the Coast Guard Intelligence Group Central Visayas.
