MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has arrested a man in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, for allegedly physically and psychologically abusing a seven-year-old child. According to the NBI, its Homicide Division conducted the operation on Tuesday, April 21, following reports from relatives and other witnesses that he inflicted a pattern of harm and threats on the minor while under his custody.
