Kano man bags 8 years in prison for smuggling cannabis into court premises

Kabir Adamu was apprehended on 14 January 2026 after officers of the Nigerian Correctional Service at the Kano High Court discovered a quantity of cannabis sativa, concealed inside a loaf of bread in his custody.
