ILOILO CITY, Philippines — A sari-sari store in Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao district here yielded over P1 million worth of suspected meth or shabu during a buy-bust operation on Wednesday, April 22. The suspect who runs the store is identified as alias “Harry,” 36, and classified by authorities as a High Value Individual (HVI).
