‘Danger’ level heat indices to hit 3 areas; Cotabato to reach 44ºC

MANILA, Philippines — At least three areas are expected to reach “danger” level peak heat indices on Friday, April 24, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
