MANILA, Philippines — After skipping the previous hearing, state witness and former Public Works Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo will testify in the Sandiganbayan against former Senator Bong Revilla on Friday afternoon. Prosecutors told the anti graft court’s Third Division that Bernardo will take the witness stand at 2:00 p.m during the bail hearing of Revilla and several of his co-accused in a malversation case over a flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan. Special Deputy Prosecutor Omar Sagadal previously identified Bernardo as their lead witness.
