CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Cebu City Council has called for a multiagency probe into the mobilization of Asian College of Technology – International Educational Foundation (ACT-IEF) students during a contentious April 14 session. The move follows reports of ACT-IEF students crying and allegations that minors were misled, exposed to political pressure, and recorded on video without consent.
