Romualdez seeks Ombudsman disqualification from probe over bias claims

Ferdinand Martin Romualdez sought to stop the Office of the Ombudsman from investigating his alleged role in the flood control scandal, his office said on Friday, as he urged investigators not to single him out in its probe into the graft controversy.
