MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is seeking additional funding to upgrade the infrastructure of the government mobile services app eGovPH. Last week, eGovPH experienced a multi-hour outage over two days. In a statement, DICT Undersecretary David Almirol Jr. said the government is moving to expand server capacity and cloud resources to handle rising traffic.
