PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur— Authorities are investigating a fatal early-morning police operation in Barangay Sinunuc, Zamboanga City, after three members of a family were killed and another wounded during an encounter between law enforcers and armed occupants of a residence linked to a wanted fugitive on Thursday.
