Heavy traffic hits key sections of NLEx Friday afternoon

MANILA, Philippines — Motorists experienced slow-moving traffic along parts of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) on Friday afternoon following separate road crashes, according to NLEX Corporation. In its 12 p.m. traffic advisory, NLEX Corp. said vehicles were running at around 10 to 20 kilometers per hour (kph) along the NLEX Harbor Link Interchange to NLEX Drive and Dine northbound.
