CEBU CITY, Philippines — Air quality in Metro Cebu improved to “fair” on Friday, April 24, following days of haze and elevated pollution levels, the Environmental Management Bureau in Central Visayas (EMB-7) said. Data from EMB-7’s air quality monitoring stations across Metro Cebu showed that particulate matter (PM) levels have declined, with readings now falling under the “fair” category with PM2.5 and PM10.
